Add a season

Open your league and go to the Seasons tab → Create Season. Give it a name and start/end dates. A season is the container that holds standings, the schedule and rosters — so create one before adding teams.

Add divisions (optional)

Within a season you can create divisions (e.g. Open, U18, Men’s A) to split teams into groups, each with its own standings. Skip this if your league is a single group — you can always add divisions later.

NoteDivisions are optional. Teams not assigned to a division still appear in the season’s overall standings.
4

Add teams

On the Teams tab, click Add Team to create each team (name, short name, colors, logo). Teams are enrolled into the current season — and into a division if you made one.

Add players — one by one, or bulk import

Add players (with jersey numbers) from a team’s page. To set up a whole league at once, use Teams → Import from spreadsheet:

TipThe Preview step is a safe dry-run — nothing is saved until you confirm. It shows exactly what will be created vs updated, and flags any duplicate jersey numbers. Re-importing the same file updates existing teams & players instead of duplicating them.
6

Schedule games

Go to Admin → Games → New to schedule matchups (home/away teams, date, venue). Scheduled games appear on your league’s public schedule and the platform-wide Games page.

7

Score games live (+ big-screen scoreboard)

Assign a scorer to a game, then use the Scorer app — tap or voice (“two points, number 23”) — to record plays in real time, even offline. A separate live scoreboarddisplay can mirror the game on a big screen for the gym or a stream.

Standings, stats & public pages

Standings, box scores and leaderboards are auto-calculated from scored games. Your league automatically gets public pages for schedules, standings and player profiles — share the link with players and fans.

9

Manage your account

Update your profile in Settings, and view or change your plan in Subscription — your plan controls how many leagues, teams and seasons you can create.
